It’s interesting how even the smallest amount of productivity completely invigorates me. Over the last few days, I’ve been preparing submissions – and actually submitting them – to literary magazines. Just the act of getting the submissions ready and writing the accompanying cover letters has me completely inspired to keep writing and submitting.
I find that this is often the result of productivity for me, inspiration. It feels like the future is possible and it feels good to know that I’m striving toward it. Even if I don’t get accepted by these publications, it doesn’t mean that I won’t get other stories accepted elsewhere.
While I’m inspired, it’s time to get back to writing the synopsis for Life at the Death House.
